3. Shipping Time (Transit Time) Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping time is:

Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
If more than 24 hours have passed or the product has already been prepared for delivery, the order cannot be canceled.

Delays & Service Guarantees While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance procedures, extreme weather, or carrier strikes. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and receiving your parcel.
